All of the materials below are pieces of a much bigger puzzle designed to help you understand and dismantle the beliefs, thinking styles, and habits that created emetophobia in the first place. I encourage you to take notes, reflect on what you learn, and enjoy the process of growing in confidence.

Emetophobia is not overcome by collecting random tips or watching videos in no particular order. Lasting recovery happens through a structured, step-by-step process that builds your confidence, sense of control, and resilience over time. I can show you exactly how to do that.

These free resources contain many of the concepts I teach my clients, but they are most effective when followed in the correct sequence. That’s why I recommend beginning at the start and working through the process rather than jumping around.

If you’re ready to overcome emetophobia properly, I offer a structured 9 to 12 week coaching program where I personally guide you through each stage of recovery. Together, we’ll address the root causes of your fear instead of simply managing symptoms.

Emetophobia is widely recognized as one of the most complex and persistent phobias to overcome. I also work with clients experiencing health anxiety, social anxiety, agoraphobia, ARFID and other eating restrictions, low self-esteem, panic attacks, OCD, and related anxiety disorders.
